Exit the St-Mathieu side of Guy metro (click here for street view) and walk north on St. Mathieu towards Sherbrooke, continue north and you'll hit Dr. Penfield. Keep left and you'll see a sign that says "Gynasium" at the entrance to the driveway. Walk down the driveway towards the garage and you'll see the entrance to the gym.

From Atwater
Take Atwater north past
Sherbrooke St. keep going up the hill and as you
reach the top of the hill (Dr. Penfield ave.) you'll
see Sacred Heart school on the right corner. Turn
(and keep right) go down a bit and you'll reach the entrance to the parking
lot to your right.Drive in and keep left and you'll see the parking
lot & entrance.
